Description: This was a fast track project with electric and gas utility service upgrades, for a complete interior fit out of a 16,000sqft commercial kitchen space. Completion of the space by the specified timeline was critical to the brand’s roll out strategy as this commissary is meant to supply franchise shops in NYC. The project was completed within the scheduled timeline, with our performance and partnership fully appreciated by the client.
